It's a classic Pineapple Express, setting up for drenching rain, lot's of snow in the mountains, and the inevitable, presumable, indistinguishable, and undeniable, the most utter brown-, sit-down on your couch and don't go out, type of weather. The poopers express!
Seriously folks! I could remember days of beautiful, clear water, surfing and fishing Imperial Beach and Tijuana Slough, and the most golden beaches, with carving blue water, and perfect, hollow waves.
Those waves are now poop brown.
If ever there was a time for So Cal and Mexico to step up, it is now. Treat the sewage. Invest in our infrastructure.
